Thunderstorms, hurricanes and other violent weather phenomenon require the deflation and securing of the shelter. Damage caused by adverse weather conditions is not covered by warranty.

The shelter needs to be stored in dry, temperate locations. A wet shelter may develop mold and mildew, which is not covered by warranty. Excessive heat or cold can shorten fabric life and damage electrical components.

Tears to the shelter fabric should not be ignored. Small tears can grow quickly into large ones. A warranty claim showing signs of pre-existing damage that has been unrepaired will be denied.
